Can I pick the item up?

We offer limited pick ups at our Sydney warehouse. Please give us a call at 1300186589 to schedule a date.

How quickly do you send items out?

Our automated shipping process means your order will be dispatched by the next working day.

What is your delivery timeframe?

On average, our deliveries occur within 3 business days. Please allow approximately up to 10 business days for your product to arrive.

Do you ship internationally?

As of the moment, we only ship within Australia but please keep checking back as we may open up to shipping internationally in the future.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

Unfortunately, we can't ship products to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Post Offices. We need to have an actual address to proceed with the order.

I only received part of my order. Where are my other items?

It is normal that items get separated while in transit with the courier and partial delivery happens with every courier.

Please try tracking the consignment on the courier's website. It will show you the number of items on the shipment and the detailed tracking history for each item.

I'm still missing my other items and I can't find the tracking history on the courier's website. Did you ship it separately?

The missing items may have been shipped from a different warehouse with a separate tracking number.
