The terms and conditions, together with Australian Consumer Law, constitutes the contract between the customer and VoltX for the supply of products. The contract cannot be varied unless there is prior agreement between VoltX and the buyer. Buyers are assumed to agree with full terms and conditions when buying an item. While all care is taken in the item listings, any errors or omissions in the listings are unintentional and may be corrected prior to the item being dispatched. You agree to notify in writing if you are purchasing an item intended for re-sale.

 

RETURN POLICY

Here at VoltX, we take customer satisfaction seriously and want to ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase.

Thanks to our 90-day policy, customers can easily send back an item in case of issues. And yes, our return policy does cover change-of-mind returns and mistakes you made while ordering from us. We just ask that you return the items and the included accessories unused to our warehouse in their original packaging.

And since we use third-party services for shipping and handling, we have to deduct the original shipping fee from the refund amount if you return an item that incurred shipping cost. WARRANTY & RETURNS

VoltX offers a 12-month warranty on all products from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. And this warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Please check the product description or order details for the length of the warranty offered for your purchase.

All our products are designed and manufactured with the utmost care. For the safety of our customers and the environment, we strongly discourage any modifications, alterations or tampering by anyone who is not authorised to provide service, and therefore, are unable to offer warranty to products that have been modified, tampered, or altered. We do rigorous checks on our products before we declare them market ready. Still, should a rare occurrence happen where an item doesn’t function on arrival, please call our expert team, who would be glad to assist you with your refund, repair, or replacement. Smooth!
